Waitlist Registrations

Joining the AÏCHA SAID waitlist is entirely free and does not constitute a purchase or a commitment to order.

Subscribers may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

Pre-Order Cancellations

If pre-orders become available, the applicable cancellation and refund conditions will be presented before payment.

A pre-order payment does not remove any mandatory consumer rights.

Right of Withdrawal

Where applicable under consumer protection law, eligible customers have 14 days from receipt of their goods to exercise their right of withdrawal without providing a reason.

Customers may notify us of their decision through contact@aichasaid.com or the online withdrawal functionality provided on our website.

After notifying us, customers generally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable law, including the relevant deadlines and original delivery charges where required.

Personalized Creations

Certain genuinely made-to-measure or clearly personalized products may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal, where permitted by law.

Any applicable exception will be disclosed before purchase. Choosing a standard size does not automatically make an item personalized.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please contact us if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
